求助各位：
我11/16/2016 RD, TSC
今天突然跳出131表格有update，一看是这个：
Your appeal was dismissed and the original decision on your case, Receipt
Number SRC*****, remains the same. On February 4, 2017, we sent you a notice
about this action. If you do not receive your notice by March 6, 2017,
please contact the appellate authority directly.
问题是我从来没有appeal过啊。。有类似的经验嘛？多谢各位
