I have two questions regarding your comments that "these purchases were
deemed fraudulent or not eligible":
1.the evidence of fraud (this is a very serious allegation by the way)
2. the terms of eligibility for this specific merchant
I understand that the decision of reversion was probably made by the
merchant. However, as a member of Shoppers Discounts and Rewards, I would
like to ask you, the service provider, to give this matter further
explanations and investigations.
