RD10/11/2016的485里面 绿了的大概快22%了。最近一两个月观察MyCaseTracker，发现
绿的基本都是Case Was Received，大概得有一两百个了。但是Fingerprint Fee Was
Received基本也就绿了三三十个也就。这是什么种类的申请，怎么绿的这么快，难道
Fingerprint Fee Was Received基本都是EB种类的申请者吗？485EB1库存太多现在，大
家觉得今年几月会有排期呢？

Case Was Received 好多是family的吧。也有难民的估计。你看看是不是fp fee
waived。
eb类的单独交485几乎都是fp fee was received。cc的很多是case was received。
