主副偶没单独写，模板里改改，主申口吻，加上配偶
因为我们上个月infopass的时候说是name check pending
两个星期前信寄出去的，今天刚收到。FBI效率还是很高的，因为信件在路上不也得几
天么
我们的RD是2016年6月24号
主申的name check response是2017年2月26，副申是2016年7月15就已经给uscis了
这算是个意外吧，副申填过曾用名，偶还以为因为两个名字所以pending的时间长，没
想到主申更长……
现在不清楚这个backgound pending是卡uscis哪里了
上个月底发的SR到现在还没assign officer，也是醉了
准备把FBI信件附上给议员办公室发过去，继续帮我催

Dear Mr. Kevin C. Donovan:
I am writing this letter to you with a request to kindly help in expediting
my background check with FBI that has been pending since MM YYYY.
I am working in *** company in ****. *** files an application for my green
card through employment in MM YYYY and I have been waiting to receive my
adjustment of status approval since then. Upon contacting U.S. Citizenship
and Immigration Services (USCIS) several times I came to know that my Name
Check has been pending with FBI since MM YYYY. USCIS has no timeline when
this will be done and they cannot issue me a green card until all the
required check are completed, although my application date is well outside
of their normal processing time.
I have never been involved in any criminal/unlawful activities either in the
USA or anywhere else. I have been a tax paying and law abiding, legal alien
resident of the USA since YYYY.
I would really appreciate if your office would spend some of their valuable
time to look in my case. The details of my case are attached. If anything
else is required from me, I will be more than happy to provide the
information.
