现在是我坐月子第二周中，虽然也知道要卧床，可是很难一直躺在那，下面伤口好点后
我就经常在房间里走来走去，一会泵奶，一会洗洗奶瓶，倒也不干什么体力活，我婆婆

好像是12月内允许5次，是不是以后注意就行了，还是现在就许要做什么？现在帐号正

Our records indicate that as of October 10, 2011 your account incurred a

不用全躺着，可以适当走走，我月子里没洗奶瓶，都直接breast feeding，第六周才
pump的。
洗奶瓶还是别做了，还是要站蛮久的，我觉得走路没事，站久了不好，而且你站在洗碗
池前面腰肯定还是要弯一点的。

卧床的很大一部分原因是不想脏器下垂。如果可以共用腹带，纱布之类的托住脏器就可
以了。

能躺着不要坐着，能坐着不要站着，当然可以适当走走，不过不要多，当时我出月子的
时候去了趟Costco，回来就腰酸背疼的
