环球网记者王欢报道，据日本NHK电视台2月3日援引朝鲜外交人士的消息称，2011年苹
果公司宣布发售平板电脑iPad2时，朝鲜劳动党中央军事委员会副委员长金正恩曾立即
作出指示，表示希望将iPad2引入平壤。
报道称，金正恩曾在瑞士留学多年，在国外的经历使他接触到了很多国外的新生事
物。为加强朝鲜国内各产业的效率，他还曾指示积极引入电脑。报道分析认为，从下达
引进iPad2的指令可以看出，金正恩对国际新兴电子设备具有浓厚兴趣。
报道还称，苹果公司于2011年春宣布发售iPad2后，该产品在平壤的干部子弟以及
富裕层年轻人当中一时间人气飙升，这也是金正恩下达引进指示的一个重要原因。

In order to survive in the trading world, the key is:
Pnl(when you are right) > Pnl(when you are wrong)
=> Pnl*Prob(when you are right) > Pnl*Prob(when you are wrong)
There are two components in the above formula. Nothing wrong if you try to
focus on improving the probability of "when you are right". But how much
further can you push it? 51%? 60%? 70%? or 90% ... The key is really combine
