估计墙街早已得了消息预先知道了。
所以在10月3日抛售和诂空米国国债，
并且把价格一路超平时幅度的打下来。
这次的跌幅是比较少见的10%到12%。
如果是30年的米国国债，则跌幅更大。
对墙街来说在期货市场是3位数的天文利润。
而这3位数的利润前后还不过2个星期的时间。
所以即使中国不来竞拍，这消息也是无价的情报。
就不知道国内的财政和金融的官员们自不自觉了。
