It is noted most of the beneficiary's coauthors of the decade old articles
are better cited than the beneficiary.
No evidence was submitted that this older research actually lead to any
significant contributions.It appears to have led to just more research. (引
用主要来自于非第一作者的文章，才发的一作文章不在同一方向，引用很少。）
Four recommendation letters, not all written by experts in the field, is not
a large amount considering one came from a researcher not in the
beneficiary's field.
推荐人四个：一个博士老板（非独立）和法国教授（独立）着重于新方向；一个公司的
scientist（引用过我的文章的）（中国人），和美国教授（中国人）着重于过去的研
究领域。
