这好像是上次FOMC会议公告就有提及，之后会议记录公布就confirm的消息吧？
就是，那一位委员而已。。

政府autorefi, fed同时买mbs托住市，这又是全民给房事买单。有房没房的现在赶紧买
房，能贷多少贷多少！

thAts probably the easiest leverage. besides in many places you probably can
break-even casks ow wise by renting it out. So the truncation is like self
funded

en, if you count mortgage leverage, that's true.
100K down and get the rent pay the principle and interest, then 10 or 15 yrs
later, get a 500K house mortgage free.
U could count that 5X, but, in 10 or 15 yrs, that's nothing rare.

这个rumor真能忽悠上1250，还真能骗人上车，最后一墨迹又难产，大盘就啪唧了。。
自己胡想而已，一切以盘面为准

08年的大跌概率不大，　毕竟debt crisis is on initial stage only.
but u will very likely to see 大幅度震荡猪市，　like what happened in 70s
