SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Euro-zone finance ministers agreed Friday to
give Greece its next bailout installment in the first half of November to
help forestall a messy default. The ministers, while also agreeing the
country's debt is too high, announced Greece will get its next 8 billion
euro ($11 billion) installment of aid, a day after Greece's parliament
adopted new austerity measures.
