本人现在NSC，六月份去TSC区工作（专门为了申卡），请问这样的话就可以寄到TSC吧？
问题是如果我现在file 怎么确保我的case会在TSC被处理呢？单位的offer letter就可
以了吗？

上来跟老牛求证一下。。。
今天跟大老板(WASP)聊天，提到了小日本，他说："they are odd".
"why?"
"because they lie all the time. when they were dominating the trading in
late 80s, they don't honour their trades if the trades go against them. So
brokers have to record their telephone conversations. and if the japanese
are caught to lie, they just hang up and disappear, although they honour the
trade after all because their words were recorded."

I guess my boss meant OTC trading, i.e., one party have to sell, the other
party buy. They have to enter an agreement to complete a trade. But
afterwards, the japs deny the agreement if they lose...
