有人对这种public traded limited partnership有了解吗？
貌似在税收上有好处。Dividend收入可以不交税，全部defer到最后卖出units/shares
时候按照capital gain 的税率来交。
不知我理解得对不对？

除了现金，不计hyperinflation算安全，其他的股票有哪只可以保证本金安全？如果QE
不断地出，能源股搞不好就是可以比现金安全。

这只有三次没发红利了，current yield=0%.
不过你说的对，yield当然不是唯一指标，公司不倒闭和持续盈利能力才重要。所以一
定要对公司有了解才好。我喜欢的公司重要的指标就是具有垄断地位的公司，不过看不
到哪个这样的公司有>5%的yield，你要知道，不妨推荐。

大的utility的公司很安全。我有duk，不过dividend也没有这么高。这么高的红利是不
能持久的。
