算大漏了。
我至少持有HIG五万分之一的股票，HIG有18M个人个人客户，和1M企业用户。按这么算
，等于我自己开了一个微型保险公司，360个人用户，20个business用户。
同样的钱去开个餐馆，会有这么多客人吗？

Difference is, you have no say to the operation of the business. They could
do terrible things with the money and you cannot stop them. Are you really
the boss? Hell NO, you are just the pathetic loser who lend money for them
to squander.

those are after option exercise.
If I am one of their directors, I do not want to hold HIG shares, too much
question and regulation for insider trading.
