你想得太简单了。如果财务有问题，就会被Delisted.那样的话P/E就会小于1.

去年有好几个中概因为这类暗幕交易被指责，其中有的从NASDAQ摘牌了。公司必须澄清。

公司的价值毕竟是靠盈利的数字来支撑的，至于在OB/pk还是Nasdaq这个并不重要。pwrd如果真有问题，需要clean house,然后给投资者一个明确的信息，自己公司到底赚多少钱，ceo胡搞造成的损失和潜在的危害都有多少，这些信息出来后，公司的credit会慢慢恢复,投资者也会重新评估。在次之前，市场最怕不确定，机构会抛售pwrd的。
网易过去收入也曾经作假猫腻，被停牌，股价最低到几毛钱，但赚钱是硬道理，12年ntes翻了几百倍。另外一个例子是百度，08年因为医药事件很快就跌了差不多50%。后来bidu开press conference,明确给出了丑闻对公司营收的影响，第2天股价马上大涨，然后一直涨到今年年中，翻了10倍。中国人寿刚上市也有过丑闻，股价跌的一塌糊涂，但人家也只要是赚钱，who cares scandal in the past?
当然每个丑闻情况都不同，不汤浑水永远是对的选择，我只是觉的bottom line就是公司的赚钱能力。
