USPS BOX is cheap around $40/year. You have to go to the post office and
file a form with your real name on Driver's license. However, some of the
rebate exclude PO box. I cannot think of any at this point but some of the
rebate does.
UPS store has street address p.o.box look like an apartment number. All
rebates can be used with that address and you can even ship the package
there. Also use them as your billing address if you were blocked by Staples/
BB, etc. However their box is very expensive, around $15-20/month.
You have to go by yourself and the boxes will be available right after you
pay.

请问，UPS store，如果一个区域有两个人做了同一个rebate,比如staples easy
rebate, 会被认为同一个地址吗？因为UPS store地址前面街名相同，后面apt#不一样
。

rebate, 会被认为同一个地址吗？因为UPS store地址前面街名相同，后面apt#不一样

很多rebate pobox 地址都不能做，得看仔细

想租ups邮箱搞多rebate，最好了解下什么叫mail fraud

不要用USPS 的POBOX。
别的地方说不定可以。不要贪
