缺点
1.做肉馅时如果有肉筋部分，哪怕是一点点，都打不碎，是一团。不如手动绞肉机好用。
2.菜切的太碎，出水多不说，还不好吃。
3.切片，切丝薄厚取决于你推入食材的速度和力度，手劲不匀，就薄厚不一。
4.不宜清洗还占地方。
5.可以和面，但效率不能和面包机相比。
无一是处，我已经放了快两年没用过了。

I'm buying a couple hundred shares of AAPL for each $5 drop below 450. I'm n
ot touching other stocks until I get a clearer view of the depth of this pul
lback. However, I do not anticipate any type of pullback, let alone cor
recton, that gives bears any chance to make any meaningful gain. that view
appl
ies to China concepts as well.
It's just a breather before we head for higher levels. Bears will all be cru
shed before summer.

For Apple, I am more product oriented now.
If all the rumors I heard about its new product could be at least confirmed
by its suppliers, then I will buy into it. For example:
1. retina on macbook pro series
2. re-design of exterior of macbook pro (macbook air alike)
3. LTE 4G + quad cores on iPad 3
4. Apple TV

fp会用真的很好用，不会用是的确占空间碍事
1. 绞肉要先大块肉去筋膜、切成一寸丁，费事一点先冷冻30分钟，我没有过手绞的机
器，但我有过kitchenaid绞肉配件，我得说fp是省事多得多
2. 蔬菜下去之前一样要切成中小块，不应该有太碎的问题，因为要多碎是使用者眼睛
看著调整控制
3. 是需要经验，fp是比传统的削片刀快，但处理起来的确品质不是最好，中国菜的"丝
"不适合这样处理

打肉馅ninja就不错，这是ninja干得最出色的一项。切蔬菜food processor一般都存在
搞得过碎的毛病，本来这种processor的设计就不可能切得那么恰到好处，剁白菜馅我
以前用过KA家的chopper很好用。
总之我一直都不喜欢food processor，干啥都不出众，除非特别贵得能搞那种果糊挺不
错。

don't get too caught up with 450, 445, 440 or 43x. it's a 500 stock, so just
grab it under 450 when you can. why bother trying to guess what wil be the
lowest entry point and the timing of it... too much stuff to worry about.

look, even if you take 435--450, it's just a 3% difference. if you are
looking to a 15% upside, why get so caught up with the minor difference in
your cost?

I don't even understand why this 4 core thing matters. who cares other than
techies? it's fast enough now. as long as they make the display retina and
allows for faster internet connection, without improving anything else, this

不愧是大牛，股龄好长。
其实我在ibook，ipod 2的时代就开始用Apple了，那时股价还70都不到。当时力劝爸妈
买AAPL，可他们觉得AAPL是80年代的公司，它的辉煌还停留在Apple II那时呢，所以他
们没有兴趣。而我自己那时的零花钱还不到100RMB每周。可惜可惜啊！痛失好股啊！

问题就出在这了！！果粉绝大多数都是无知的，4core 和2core某个层面没有太多区别
，尤其是pad，但是疯狂的果粉对果子的期盼已经达到了幻想的地步。
市场就是这么反应的。 iphone5 让大家失望了，跌，4core 让大家失望了，爆跌。
ipad构架上4core 远要比别的pad 麻烦，you will see。

the real number came out at 37M? you need to lose that techie mindset, bro.

You can say the same for iPad 1 or 2 before its release. The only reason I
did not buy iPad2 is no retina. I don't care 2 core or 4 core.
Tech spec does not equal to user experience, esp for apple products. Maybe
apple copycats (SS, Mot, HTC, and etc) have to compete among themselves in
spec like memory and speed.

都说说用了pad以后，你们的视力下降了没有？腰肌劳损了没有？除了上网，看media，还能干啥？低效率的做一些office文档工作、编程？现在有在pad上运行的工程仿真模拟，金融计算类软件吗？
如果定位为娱乐产品，消费者就有权利自己选择，而不是被苹果绑架。
这些不解决，如何取代PC? PC也可以进化，但不一定变成Pad.
