Facebook is expected to file initial paperwork with regulators on Wednesday
morning for a $5 billion initial public offering, CNBC has confirmed
The filing was first reported by International Financing Review.
The social networking site has hired five underwriters, with Morgan Stanley
[MS 18.65 0.45 (+2.47%) ] taking the lead role.
Goldman Sachs [GS 111.47 1.74 (+1.59%) ], Bank of America Merrill
Lynch [BAC 7.13 0.06 (+0.85%) ], Barclays Capital and JP Morgan [JPM
37.30 0.29 (+0.78%) ] round out the initial list of underwriters on

其他95B的股票已经由各个投资者和创始人/员工持有。这些人持有的股权，以后可以
在open market上以当时的交易价出售？
也就是说，facebook作为一个公司，仅仅从ipo得到$5B现金。
而其投资者/创始人/员工获得$95B?
