搞得自我感觉和德国一样强大。我看最多是做做样子，“允许”负利率。然后也许靠
Fed炒出一两次负利率的实例，然后就大开印钞机从此不回头了。

现在真奇怪，股市这么涨，大家也不买。还往 bonds 里挤。据说现在许多 401k funds
很难买 money market.

市场还有的涨！
场外money被严重short squeeze了！
他们不cover,就永远被squeeze

现在就怕持 bonds 的人用 bonds 作 collateral short stocks. 当然现在股市量小，
不好搞。
