昨天晚上给买家回了信,我说东西本来就是没有开封的原厂sealed, 并且剃须刀被用
过了肯定是不能再卖了,所以我要视情况收取最多35%的restocking fee,并且要其自
担return的邮费。
一个小时后,就直接收到a-z了,下面是amzon的来函。

真是无比神奇——这是我第一次amazon的卖东西经历。
看起来病人是不想承担任何责任了,要我没有任何过失的人承担一切,我觉得很不公平
,我要怎么搞才能让病人不爽。我这个剃须刀就算成本了。

无比失望”气死人了。
我能拒绝退货吗?
