一个监控摄像，说使用三周后出了问题。
一般过了三十天是不是可以不return了，退买家些钱，让他自己照找生产厂家。
下面是买家的信。
I should have done this first,But I filed with Amazon also. I do like the NG
-100 but one of the seals must be bad,It has been in service for 3 weeks or
so now and it has condensation on the inside covering the camera lens.
Making the view very hazy.
Hope you can help with this.

if u do not care about feedback, simply ask him to contact manufacture.

if buyer wants to return, can i charge restocking fee for so-called
defective item, or charge processing fee because the return request is later
than 30 days?
or every thing is about concerns of feedback?

不一定药赌ER，但是如果有ER RUN 的话，也许可以利用一下

通常yahoo finance 上有，earnings.com 也有，不过它这次该日期了，那些都不准了
，所以想问问谁知不知道

updated,
I wrote to buyer to let him contact manufacturer and partially refunded.
buyer filed A-Z.
Details: Customer has contacted manufacturer and they have advised him to
return shipper. Are you able to make an exception for the customer and
replace or allow customer to return for a refund.
if buyer telling the truth, manufacturer sucks.

我的建议是翻一下说明书有没有关于使用情况温度湿度的限定
就算是室外，气温也不是巨变哪里有这么容易结雾
我以前在学校里干活顺达要管上百个摄像头（国内）
也是温差大+湿度大从来没结雾过
只有半夜里飞蛾被蜘蛛网抓到一直动这种false alarm。。早上上班一看这么多警报点
进去吓死个人了..
而且有说明书作证 neg也没呢么容易留把感觉
