This is my second attempt, forth email to try and get the name of the
business that you purchased my laptop from. I have talked to Dell until I'm
blue in the face and unless I can give them the name of the business, the
city and the zip code, I basically have paid full price for a laptop that
has no warranty. Because the laptop does have a glitch in the screen, which
it had since I purchased the laptop from you, I would like to get Dell to
fix it under the warranty that I thought came with your "new" laptop. I
only have until the 28th of August to contact Dell in order to tranfer
ownership. If you attempted to contact the business you purchased this
laptop from that is now "out of business" then you do have a name, email
address, address, telephone number, something that you can give me. If I
get no response again from this request, I will have not choice but to
contact Amazon customer service to let them know the outcome and yes, they
are aware of my situation. This is my last attempt to get the information
from you about who you purchased this "new" laptop from. After that, I will
simply contact Amazon. I do not think what I'm asking for is unreasonable,
but I do think that you not responding to me is rude and unreasonable.
