我原来在eBay有一个帐号已经好几年了，偶尔会买卖一些小东西。今年三月账户被ebay
无缘无故关闭。我发email 多次,也打了好多次电话申诉。开始不说为什么，只说我的
账户对ebay 社区有威胁。我再三追问才告诉我，他们断定我的账户和一个貌似中国人
开的账户（好像是今年开的）有关联。所以我的帐户被关。天地良心我和他们指控的账
户没有丝毫关系。
他们的客服一般都是在印度接电话，什么也解决不了。也曾经跟他们的supervisor 讲
过话。但他们就是坚持他们是对的，也不提供任何细节和证据。而且威胁我即使开新账
户他们也会给关闭。现在给他们发email根本不理，打电话也不容易接通。我自己也没
有那么多时间和精力和他们纠缠。
我原来的账户有一些钱他们也扣押了三四个月，经过多次联系才释放出来。
这几个月常常想起来会非常生气。但苦于没什么好办法得到正义。其实以后永远不再
ebay上买卖东西也无所谓了。
但是我想出口气。谁有什么好办法请告知。谢谢！如果哪位知道ebay高管的电话请贡献
出来，我会打电话说理。

最好的办法就是告诉身边所有的人,ebay sucks,让大家都用脚投票,别去ebay买东西

understanding you are not linked to the account “...........” and don't
know them and would like to appeal your suspension.
I have reviewed your account and the account “………”, I did find
your accounts to be linked so we will not be overturning the suspension.
We link accounts through contact information, financial information
and/or account behavior.
I'm sorry we could not reinstate your account. You mentioned that you
don't know the related account, but we did find your accounts to be
linked.

不管谁家的客服, 给你发的信一定是从啥地方抄一大段, 基本上不会有针对你的问题的

1.店家都有权利不和你做交易
2.扣你钱不对你可以bbb但是已经返还给你了

说的是。这几个月，我有几件东西已经在Amazon交易了。
但每每想起这事就觉得憋气。
这就好比你到一个商店买东西，被店员无理指责被轰出店门。大多数人都会窝火的。

我的账户没有被盗，有限的几次交易非常清楚。评价也很好。这么多年都是宁愿自己吃
亏也不愿意让别人受损。

amazon也有相似的政策
真想出气,就买张机票去ebay总部门口扔块砖头吧

跟他们没有道理可讲啊。这个公司怎么这样啊，难道他们的领导层不知道他们的工作人
员这么恶劣？
