options price should not be adjusted. Dividend estimate is part of the game.

AAPL won't issue dividend, at least not to common share holders. You don't
need to worry about it.

regular dividend won't affect option price, but special one time will get
strike price adjusted.

Of course. Regular dividend is priced in. Again, you don't need to worry
about dividend. AAPL might buy back stocks, but it won't issue dividend.
But given the recent rise of the stock price, I'm not sure even a buy back
will happen.

Option will lose big AND get nothing from the dividend...
