Probably won't get approved, anti-trust issue, esp. in EU.
MSFT can buy it, they have the money and won't have anti-trust issue. The
only thing is Nokia stands in the way :-)

I don't think Apple is allowed to buy Blackberry due to anti-trust
regulations.
It makes more sense for Nokia to buy it if possible.

MSFT can buy both RIMM and NOK, only around 30B, one and half year earning.
