虽然obama 的说法可以算是干涉司法了，
但zimmerman 街上看到个黑人孩子就认为可疑，然后stalking，最后对一个手无寸铁
的孩子“防卫过当”一枪崩死
居然连审都不审就放了，这也对死人太不公平了
zimmerman 最近被暴的背景：拒捕，殴打警察，多次家暴前未婚妻，给私人party 当
保卫的时候把女客令起来扔出去，当保安的时候跟踪人到人家里。。
唯一可能开脱的正常理由是神经病，不然就应该被抓进大牢

the police does not have enough evidence to prove that he was not acting as
self defense.
it is possible that he might be in the close death situation, or at least he
thought so, in that case, he probably should be innocent.

even follow zimmerman's claim:
A killed B,
and A claim B attacked A
so A shot B
even B indeed attacked A, it is because A stalking B and approach B, I kinda
feel the boy is doing selfdefense if there is any fight, but zimmerman is
definatly abusing his "power" and gun.

you might be right and that might be the case. the problem is the police can
not conclude that.
stalking is not an issue since A is a watch volunteer even that might
trigger the attach, the key here is that if B attached A, how serous the
situation is? does A think he will be in danger of dying? nobody knows.

总统干涉司法，那是什么性质
你的理由很牵强，全是你的猜测
美国司法的重要一点是没审判之前都是无罪的
更何况这里面连警察都无法否认开枪人的说法和行为

there are contractions between witness. the boy actually is 6 foot, taller
than Zimmerman who is 5 foot 9.
the key here i think is the injury report when the police arrested him.
the fact that he was released might indicate that the he had serous injured.
just guess here.

did you see the police video? zimmerman walked in police deparment without
any sign of injury. his brothers explain for no scar etc is those are healed.
witness also said that zimmerman walk out of the scene looks no hurt at all.
zimmerman's story is also changing, from earlier a big fatal fight to now
the boy tried to get his gun..

i have not watched the video, the police might be the one who really
understand the seriousness of his injured. even if somebody looked like
fine does not mean he is fine hours ago. the boy can choke him without
causing visible injure and he will be fine after that. so there is all kind
of possibility.
one thing sure is that they engaged in a very close fight ( one on top of
the other), if they are some space between them, Zimmerman could just shoot
the leg instead of killing him.
if Zimmerman is the aggressor, in this case, i would imagine he will pull
the gun when confront the boy instead of risking to fight.
if that boy attack him all of a sudden, he might not have time to pull the
gun and instead engaged in the fight. so even not for sure, this still a
possible situation.

如果你听了911的录音，你会更相信背景里的“help”是年轻人喊的，而且叫声是枪声
后立刻停止了。
zimmerman 是擅长搞保安的，连警察都能殴打的，家里老爹也算是法律系统，我觉得当
时被放多少有他家里关系的影响。后面对他有利的证词只有他家里人发的。
你说“如果zimmerman aggressor，他会直接开枪”
如果他直接看到一个黑人孩子就开枪，那早就杀人无数了，更可能的是他stalking然后
质问，遭到抵抗，然后他门对峙过程中把小孩崩了。
他的前后story 不一致，最开始说的是有大量殴打和被击打，头部被撞击水泥地，鼻子
被打断等等，后来出了人证和video后，他通过他兄弟说的不是因为打斗的危险，而是
因为小孩要夺枪。
他最后估计通过一个强的律师可以开脱，但不代表当时的真相。
