again, they might have problems with the capital for their mortgage
insurance unit. Same should apply to MTG.
Plus, several new companies enter the mortgage insurance business, they have
fresh start so no legacy old book from 2005-2008.
The best play is GNW, but need to wait after their earning this afternoon.

The house is worth 110K-120K at current market!

建议大家以后要查一下Policy Report，不是领居，我根本不知道。
In minnesota, seller does not have to disclose this information.
