5-10% treasure yield changed is very scary.
The market volatility will keep going up, so is the risk. Most people are
going to safe heaven.
I believe the bottom is not far away, but definitely not now.
At least after 6/17.
The collapse of europe is the chance of american indeed.
most capital are flowing from europe into american, this help US maintain a
low interest rate and high debt ratio.

短期利率本来就低，稍微变一点，比例就很高，所以没那么严重的。
有人在等着做refinance的吗？ 30 yr fixed target rate是多少？
是不是再等等？做一次refinance后半年内不能再做，所以也要像买
股票一样等到target到了再lock rate.
