down 18% on year. Chinese investments soared 92% Q/Q, as the government does
whatever it can to support the industry, while U.S. and Euro investments
respectively rose 18% and 11%. Higher solar spending hasn't yet managed to
create a bottom for struggling manufacturers, though some think one will
