My friend was so sad to have a miscarriage recently. She did urine test one
week past her regular period time, and found positive. Then she went to
swimming. After coming back, she felt lower stomach pain, then had bleeding.
Couple days later, she was told that she missed.
What should she do now so that she can have a smooth and healthy pregnancy
next time? Did she need to take some special food or take a break at home?
