BAC still has lots of bags from old country wide. The problem will be with
them for a while. I like C better.

Exactly like what you said. Plus C has more cash on hands.
It will use the cash to buy back shares or raise dividend next year if
it can consistently make around $1/share every quarter, which will be around
$10B/year. This was rejected by Fed at the beginning of this year, and will
be approved next year.
BAC has too many issues in the countrywide. House price start s, but won't
be
back to 2006-2007 level anytime soon for most of states/areas, and it is
very sensitive to the interest rate. Certain areas we probably won't see it
back to the peak level in the next 10-20 years.
