Yes, I have been posting C for a while. C and BAC both equally undervalued,
but C has more upside because it
* Has more cash available sits sideline than BAC.
* Has exposure to the emerging market, eventually long term growth
is bigger in emerging countries than US.

This doesn't matter that much. These days many companies, especially high
tech have A3. Google, and Apple all have A3 at EVP level. The difference is
that CEO of Citibank is A3. So what, he much be more knowledgeable than many
whites, especially in the international market.
