1. The debt limit was increased by $400 billion immediately.
2. The President could request a further increase of $500 billion, which is
subject to a congressional motion of disapproval which the President may
veto, in which case a two-thirds majority in Congress would be needed to

Debt ceiling is the only thing can actually prevent debt from being
increased to infinity and beyond. Without it, there is nothing to stop debt
from collapsing economy. Either new currency or debt ceiling, one pick has
to be made sometime. QE is the way to infinity debt and eventually leads to
the point where choice has be made.

Congress必须要2/3以上才可以反对总统的反对反对。所以总统有up to 17.1T的筹码可
