There are so many mines in the field, you should avoid.
In theory, you can buy and sell the stock, but you have to go through the
trading compliance department, you should use open window period. The same
rule applies to your spouses, parents, children, brothers, sisters, but not
for your grandpa, ma, or grand children, or aunts, or uncles in the
Securities Exchange Act of 1934. However the Insider Trading Act of 1988
broaden the definitions of insiders to any one who has the access to the
inside information.
If you or your relative uses inside information to profit, there will be
prosecutions. If you loss, every body will laugh you loud. :)
If you think the value deserve your experiments, you can try. Personally I
only exercise the option and sell the stocks. No buy, no relative, no other
string attached.

问出这个问题的看着也不是公司的SR.DIRECTOR， EXECUTIVE之类的，就别操心内部交
易的指控了

几百股，一千股没什么问题，如果是总流通的干分之一或万分之一，就要申报了

你先去公司里问问清楚你是不是insider，most probably你不是，就不需要操这份心。
