听TDAmeritrade说是IRS的规定，中国居民如在美国没有有效签证和账单，现有的帐户
10月就要被关掉了。还说次规定使用于加拿大居民.......

TDAmerictrad是确实的，客服说他们也是最近才收的IRS的通知。
我想既然是IRS的规定，应该是适用于全美吧。你可以打电话确认一下。

你错了 不是IRS禁止 是TD ameritrade自己禁止而已 我问网上客服了

那就奇怪了 我也问了SCOTTRADE他们说中国居民可以开户
如果是IRS要求的 那么全部股票商都要禁止的
现在只听到一家TD禁
