I have signed up my baby for a day care near my home. I had a classroom tour
this morning. The teachers told me 3 things I do not like. Is this normal?
My baby will go to this day care this Sep, and he will be 14 month then.
1. No bottle. He can not have bottle. If he still on formula, I should put
it in the sippy cup. My baby is still on a bottle now.
2. No spoon feed. I need to prepare finger food, or my baby will use spoon
himself. The teacher can help them to use the spoon, but will not feed them.
I am still spoon-feeding him at home
3. If my baby will drink milk, or formula, it will be provided out of the
fridge. They will not warm it. I always warm it for my baby at home.
This day care has a waiting list and I have waited for several months for an
opening. The teacher asked me to start the above 3 transition at home. Will
my baby be too young to be off bottle, feed himself? Anyone has experience?
Anyone feed their baby with ice-cold mile or formula?
Any suggestions?

good time to start on that.
2. My son went to daycare at age 2.5 and he was still spoon-fed at home

It took sometimes for him to get used to it. 14 months sound a little early
but doable.
