The index is bullish as the 30 day moving average of 1,440.39 is above 120
day moving average of 1,378.59. The last cross over happened on Aug 08, 2012
with the direction of up.
If the index is breaking down and goes below 1,430.53, we should consider it
as a short term sale signal.If the index is breaking out and goes above 1,
470.96, we should consider it as a short term buy signal.

最近网上搜索了一下， n多的人寄usps first class，几个月包裹没收到。
以前我记得说prioriety其实跟first class区别不大的。
到底什么原因导致first class丢失频率如此高。难道手续，渠道不一样？还是操作人
