9.20 买的一个mac，9.27号deliver，10.18号给我发了封信，说touch functions
sometimes do not work. Took in to the apple store for diagnostics and
everything was said to be fine, and that the touch errors might be due to
system error or fault.我回复了说连applestore的人都是没问题的了那就是没问题了
，而且说过了14天，拒了return。让他claim warranty。回复说OK， 今天收到A-to-Z
claim "The item does not work properly ".
