agree, there's no risk in GRPN at this price level, it's so

会不会有人买他们啊，看了看，不好，不赚钱，赚钱模式基本失败，

GOOGLE没那么傻吧，明摆着落日黄花，狗肉胖基本没啥DEAL，
只是稍微有点名气而已，2BILLION买断，太亏了，再等一年

book上看是好的，cash很多
但是考虑以下几点：
1. 买狗肉胖的大部分是屌丝，抢deal的，不是profitable的customer，这个模式就有
问题
这个已经有论文论证了。需要的话我可以找出来。
2. 狗肉胖的CEO就是个垃圾，自己早早套现，management has no stake in the
company!
3. 狗肉胖员工很多，不过你break down一下看看都是干嘛的。大部分都是销售员，拉
皮条的，写软文的
我有2个朋友在狗肉胖做IT，都准备跳槽了 （当然走人这点不说明太多东西）。
4. 狗肉胖的竞争对手良多。不过这个模式垃圾。没有一个能存活下去。
5. 我手上有数据证明大部分买狗肉胖的消费者没有粘滞性，不是回头客，都是精明的
猴子。而每次groupon，商家得亏很多钱。
股票的话，我就说一句话把， a dog has its day, 超卖了会回调这也很正常的。
你说狗肉胖比Zillow强，你给我几个理由把。Zillow现在股价是不行，但我看到的是良
好的发展前景 呵呵。
Groupon作为一个cash良多的公司是可能有希望的，不过现在不在正途上，看不到任何
增长点，看不到competent的management team。
就这么多 呵呵。希望LZ继续赚大钱。。。

所有fact都是瞎扯，CEO没有套现，是一些early investor套现了，CEO自己还
own 46M GRPN shares。IPO之后early investor套现太正常了，venture capital
就是干这个的，不是干长期投资的。
61%商家groupon为profitable。而且GRPN本身是个打广告的平台，商家是否
盈利其实无所谓。不盈利也可以算作marketing cost。盈利的更理想，等于是
打了广告还挣钱。商家除非脑子被驴踢了才不要这种好事。
33%客人成为回头客。
