I believe my post is more informational than 90% of the posts here. for

Coverage of Physicians Formula Holdings Inc. (FACE) as a buy candidate on
November 16th, 2012 with the target $4.935 per share
The negotiation among Swander Pace, Face and the Martkin Internation are
tough and pure business. All of the parties show strong brinkmanship.
There are insider trading suspicion especially at September 5th, 2012. The
leak of material information is obvious. So if you get involved in this
company, trust the market. Therefore we believe the drop would continue.
However the market will tell us if the deal will go thorough or not.
It is hard to set up a position in this stock, as the bid ask spread is 5
cents, a.k.a 1.1%. The whole premium for the trade is only 7.7%.
