ok, that means either
1) Morgan Stanley did a good job to manage its fund. CAF is way better
than A share in general.
or
2) US investors have no confidence in CAF last year and oversold it a lot.
So CAF actually bottomed out way before A shares. A share is still
on the way down.

about same now. at the very bottom, CAF could be "overvalue" to its NAV.
