我从美国汇款入了国内母亲的帐号，说她的帐号是人民币账户，不能收美元，给她一个
新的一卡通帐号。然后让这边的美国银行改帐号。
但我这边的美国银行's local branch manager told me that they can only have
the fund returned then re-transfer the fund again.In this case, I will be
charged by US bank for a return fee and another transfer fee and by Bank on
China in Chengdu for a return fee.
我妈又去问，中国银行说不用退，让美国银行给他们发一个“变更报文修改收款人账号
”就可以了。我不知道英文怎么说。有知道的可以告诉一下么？谢谢了！
