Q4 revenue $263.1M vs. $150-160M (guidance given in Q3)
Q4 net income $33.6M vs $17-20M (guidance given in Q3)
Some problems:
1. Q4卖的太好了，剩的房子量其实还可以，但太集中在济南，大概占总面积的62%. 而
且其他城市的房子剩下的房子多半要促销卖出。
2. 国内几个城市包括北京的新房，presale要在Q3 2013,还半年多呢。
3. Q1 2013和2013全年forecast很一般甚至说light.
4. 报表没提nyc的房子，有些weird,等着看cc transcript吧
当然这些问题不影响xin insanely的便宜。
