如果我long $100 A, short $100 B. margin requirement是多少？
IB现在long是25%， short是30%，是不是我只要5%的钱就行了？

for some brokers, the money you got from shorting is available for you to
buy long, so that the margin is not "wasted", means you have double chances
to make money, but not all of them allow you to do that.
