I c! heard Etrade is better dealing with pennies including commission wise,
but I only have experience with scottrade
when price rises or drops dramatically orders favoring traders are very hard
to fill!

i had lots of that kind of experience - pink/otc. when i really wanna buy/
sell or have to buy/sell, i set the price a little more away from the ask/
bid

not a way to steadily make money

market order guarantees you will have a fill, you limit order will put you
in the queue of the book. If I am a dealer and have level II in front me, I
can always front run you.
