在EBay上买了一个Note3, 但是IMEI check 显示 “"This device is being financed
and has an outstanding balance that must be paid or it may not be able to be
used on the T-Mobile network. ”
卖家说他肯定会接着付款直道付清，我不是很放心。这种情况如果卖家不同意退款，
EBay会管么？
