亚麻上几天前卖了个小laptop,昨天买家发信说“like opening alot of window at
the same time getting frozen, the microsoft page came out like virus when I
try to open other window”,要求replace或者return。
我昨天立刻发信给他几个建议,确实有问题不能解决再return。结果今天收到亚麻来信
说被买家联系了,要我出prepaid的return label,还要现在就full refund。我心中顿
时一万个草泥马咆哮而过!
现在亚麻都可以这么搞seller了? 这个买家不用request return就可以直接return了
?还是联系买家让他reuest return,走正常退货流程啊?顺求大神指点下这个case,
