A customer returned ( because of defective, FBA) a Surface 2 32G to Amazon
after 28 days of Purchase.
Today I received the return, the packing box is a different one I sent to
amazon, also the item was restore to factory set. The Surface 2 runs normal,
but the S/N number is not list in items which I sent to AMAZON.
How can I fight to amazon?
Any suggestions are very appreciated.
