no matter how good your TA, or FA, for that matter, is, if there is a market
offer, the stock price will rise to near where the offer is. This is some
what similar to what happen to ANR today - they are able to issue new notes
pricing the ANR shares at over $10/share. This effectively put the
barometer out there for how much they will be able to sell themselves at. It
's significantly higher than what the current price is. - i would be foolish
to remain bearish.
TA wise, today is a bullish engulfing with volume confirmation. Today also
made new low and touch lower BB. It is a reversal signal. think about
going long from now. Forget the $5 target.

2017年10月15日开始可以兑换，到那时的比率是每股10.10，为什么现在不会去5块钱？
将来也可能破产啊？这notes跟call有什么区别？

As pointed out by posts above, it is optional not mandatory to convert at 10
/sh. They essentially sold an embedded long term call to lower the rate.
This can be interpreted negatively (potential dilution) or positively (they
can still borrow money).

ANR is dropping with no volume. My stock is now in the water by .20, also
sold the $7 put, will automatically add position at 6.47. I's forming the
bottom, be patient. Looks like it's going to make a double bottom.
