从amazon的第三方卖家买了个东西，买的新的，
寄来的是开过封的（实体店见过的都是有塑料密封），打开看里面的物品上面有严重的
刮痕。
于是到amazon上申请退货退款，卖家也同意退货，但是发过来的shipping label是卖家
自己做的，只有他的地址，没有任何tracking number，而且需要我自己去邮局或者ups
付邮费（以前amazon退货都是ups）。
然后联系卖家至今没有回复。

卖家回信
We do except returns within 30 days of receipt of shipment. We do not pay
you to return/ship item. If the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the
shipment for the value of the merchandise
and ship your return with a signature shipping service. Items valued at over
$75 must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service.
旧货当新货卖，还需要买家付return label。
这种情况A-Z amazon有用吗？
