A company that I have stocks was privatized a few weeks ago. Should I
continue to hold those stocks or I have to sell them right now. The
prospect of the company seems good.

公司名不知道没法给建议。就像我告诉你一个股票昨天涨了5%, 问你该不该保留一样。

i dont think you have a choice if the majority of the shareholders accepted
the tender offer. The stock will be delisted after the deal gone thru and it
could be troublesome to turn your stock into cash after that.
